So what do I do during a freezing downpour that cancels school and shuts the power off?

Anyway, took me several hours. The scales drove me crazy but I'm in love with red heads like this. I LOVE THIS COLOR PALLET. D: And I love drawing mermaids and hair and jellyfish so it works out.

Now look at this and try not to get "Part of Your World" stuck in your head. Hahaha.
